What are the dates of the Accelerator program?
The Accelerator program runs from May 15, 2023, to June 30, 2024. You earn points in the program from the day you register through the last day of the program. All purchases must invoice on or before June 30, 2024, to count towards the program.
What about my purchases made before I registered for the program, will those count toward the Accelerator program?
No. Anything purchased prior to enrollment will not count toward progress in the Accelerator program. You must register for the program to participate.
Why was the rebate reward structure updated?
The rebate reward was updated to simplify rebates and to make your progress in the program easier to understand.
How does the updated rebate reward structure affect my reward?
With the reward rebate structure including fixed payout amounts, it is easier to track your rebate reward amount with your point total through the end of the program.

How do I earn points in the Accelerator program?
You earn 2 to 3 points per dollar by making purchases in your eligible categories. Snap One-manufactured products earn points in the Accelerator program. Purchases of distributed products are not eligible to earn points in the program
Where can I find point values for products and categories?
The point values for the Accelerator program mirror the point values in the Partner Rewards program. Point values are listed on the product pages on the Snap One portal and can be found on the Partner Rewards program page.
How long will it take for my Accelerator program points to reflect on my account?
Points will reflect on your Accelerator dashboard within 72 hours after an eligible purchase has invoiced.
Do my purchases at Snap One Partner Stores count toward my Accelerator program points?
Yes! Purchases of Snap One-manufactured products within your eligible categories from a Snap One Partner store earn points in the Accelerator program.
Why don’t my total points in the Accelerator program match my total points in the Partner Rewards program?
The Accelerator program is a separate program from Partner Rewards. In the Accelerator program, you only earn points on Snap One-manufactured products in your eligible categories. Additionally, the Accelerator program year and Partner Rewards program year differ.
I had points deducted from my overall point total. What happened?
If you return an item that earned you points, the points earned from that order are subtracted from your point total in the Accelerator program once the return has been processed.
Do I earn points for products on backorder?
No. Backorders do not earn points. To earn points, orders must invoice and ship by the end of the Accelerator program, June 30, 2024.
Where can I find my eligible categories?
You can find your eligible categories by logging in to AcceleratorbyPartnerRewards.com and clicking on the, “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
How are my eligible categories determined in the Accelerator program?
Your eligible categories are assigned based on your shopping history. Discover new products and shop different product categories to earn points! Our customized profiles help determine which categories will net you the most points, so you stay competitive throughout the program.
What reward can I earn in the Accelerator program?
Become eligible to receive a rebate reward when you earn 30,000 or more points in the Accelerator program. For example, when you reach the 30,000-points threshold by purchasing in your eligible categories, you’re eligible to unlock a $1,200 rebate.
The points threshold you achieve at the end of the program determines the rebate reward amount you are eligible to earn.
If a rebate reward is earned, the rebate will be loaded to your Snap One account as product credit 6-8 weeks after the program ends on June 30, 2024.
What are the Accelerator points thresholds and the rebate reward amount I can earn in the Accelerator program?

Can I achieve a higher rebate after I achieve the 100K point threshold?
Yes! Accelerator points thresholds continue past 100K points. The points thresholds continue at 30K, 50K, 70K, and 100K increments (130K, 150K, 170K, 200K, 230K, 250K, and so on).
What are fixed points thresholds and rebate amounts?
A rebate is earned in the Accelerator program when crossing the following thresholds: 30K, 50K, 70K, and 100K points. This fixed rebate schedule continues after the 100K points threshold is achieved. To view the rebate payout schedule, click here.
Can I receive more than one rebate reward?
No. Your total points will earn only one rebate amount at the end of the Accelerator program. Rebate amounts cannot be combined. The highest rebate amount you can achieve depends on where your total points place you on the fixed points thresholds of 30K, 50K, 70K, and 100K points at the end of the program.
What happens to my points in between points thresholds?
Any number of points less than minimum points threshold of 30K points or in between points thresholds (30K, 50K, 70K, 100K, 130K, 150K, 170K, 200K, 230K, 250K points, etc.) are forfeited at the end of the program.
Does my account have to be active and in good standing to receive my reward?
Yes. Your Snap One account needs to be current, active and in good standing to have the Snap One product credit from the Accelerator program loaded onto your account.
When will I receive my Accelerator Rebate Reward? Do I need to redeem my points to receive the reward?
No, you do not need to redeem your points in the Accelerator program. Any earned rebate reward will be loaded to your Snap One account as product credit 6 to 8 weeks after the program ends on June 30, 2024. Your account will need to be active and in good standing with accounting to receive your reward. Once the credit has been loaded to your Snap One account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the credit.
Can I earn a rebate reward if I do not meet 30,000 points before June 30, 2024?
No, rebate rewards begin at 30,000 points. Any points under 30,000 points will not earn a rebate and will be forfeited at the end of the program.

What is a bonus rebate opportunity?
There is an opportunity for you to earn a bonus rebate in the Accelerator program – that’s right, that’s IN ADDITION to the rebate reward you can earn at the end of program! Purchases in your eligible Accelerator categories will help you reach your goal to achieve a bonus rebate AND count towards unlocking a rebate reward threshold at the end of the program.
To receive a bonus rebate, you must meet the spend goals by shopping in your eligible categories. Bonus rebates are only paid out on the spend in your eligible Accelerator program categories during the bonus rebate period.
How can I track my bonus rebate and when will I receive it?
We will send you email updates to let you know how you are trending toward your bonus rebate goal, and you can follow your progress by signing into your Accelerator dashboard. Bonus rebate rewards will be awarded to your Snap One account as Snap One product credit 6 to 8 weeks after the bonus period has ended. Your account must be active and in good standing to receive a bonus rebate.
How can I redeem my Snap One product credit?
